As part of a wider project funded by National Lottery Heritage Fund, Brass Bands England (BBE) are excited to announce three available filming and editing projects available for expressions of interest.

These projects are focused on showcasing and sharing ongoing BBE’s ongoing Diverse Voices Oral History and Exhibition project, and national Brass Band Week Campaign.

Diverse Voices / Filming and Editing

Diverse Voices / Audio Editing

Brass Band Week / Video Editing

You may wish to submit for all three opportunities, or the ones which best fit your skills and experience. However, as there is a limited timeframe for delivery over the next few months, it is unlikely that we will offer all three opportunities to any one individual or company.

Heritage Programme Manager Sue Pope commented: “This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to shape how the general public sees brass banding! The content we are looking to produce will get wide coverage, and we are looking to showcase the diversity and passion of brass banders across the country.”

How can I apply?

Details of each brief can be found on the opportunities page, please contact the relevant listed contact directly for more information or an informal discussion about each brief. Deadline for submission for all opportunities is Friday 15th May.
