Haven’t had a chance to log in yet? If you had a account before, all you’ll need to do is go to Sign In and then click ‘forgot password’. You’ll get an email link to sign in. 

Didn’t have an account before? You can create a new account and link to your member band.

1. Multi-band organisations

   Many of our member bands are growing thriving organisations with multiple bands within one umbrella organisation. Our old system made that difficult to manage, but our new system has been built with this in mind. You can now have different profiles for each of your sub-bands within the organisation, and different admins to manage each band.

2. Safeguarding Management

   If you’re an administrator for a band account you’ll now have access to a ‘BandSafe and BOPA’ section on your account page. Here you can:

• Apply for a DBS checks for members of your organisation
• Complete the BandSafe Toolkit
• Upload your organisations Safeguarding Policy
• See who in your organisation has been BandSafe trained, and who has their training coming up
• Apply for use of the BBE-held BOPA
• See all your previous BOPA applications
  We’re still moving some data across, including BandSafe training information. If you run into any problems applying for permission to use the BBE-held BOPA, just get in touch.

3. Events and Training

Can’t remember if you signed up for that webinar? Now when you log into your account you’ll be able to see which upcoming events and training courses you’re signed up for.

In order to access member-exclusive events or member discounts on events you’ll need to make sure you’re linked to your band - here’s a quick guide on what to do.
