On Saturday 20th July the band will be performing a Brassed Off concert!
We'll be playing all of the music from the 1996 hit film starring Pete Postlethwaite, Ewan McGregor and Tara Fitzgerald.
We're excited to announce we will be joined by special guest cornet player Andrew Bannister for this concert who currently plays with Championship section band Carlton Main Frickley Colliery from South Elmsall in Yorkshire who are currently ranked as 12th best brass band in the world!
Andrew has also played with Grimethorpe Colliery Band, Brighouse & Rastrick, The Cory Band and performed in "Brassed Off Live" with Grimethorpe at the Royal Albert Hall alongside the original cast members.
