This event marks the exciting relaunch of the NABBC with its new name and branding.  NABBC President Russell Gray gives us an insight into what the future holds for the organisation and its members.  Following on from this, Alan Duguid, the conducting association's area representative for London & Southern Counties shares his inspiration, practical tips, and strategies for keeping your band together during the pandemic - in other words, how to 'Keep Calm and Carry On Banding!'
 
Alan is a conductor, composer, adjudicator and teacher based in Enfield, North London. He has worked with a range of bands across all sections in the UK and overseas, including Kingdom Brass, Tokyo Brass Concord, Aarhus Brass Band, Regent Brass, Redbridge Brass and the Aveley and Newham Brass Band. He currently works regularly as the MD of the Enfield Brass Band and City of London Symphonic Winds.
