BBE Webinar: Challenge 2030 - What does the future of banding look like?

Registration is closed for this event
Challenge 2030 is Brass Bands England’s ambition to see the make-up of its members and audiences more accurately reflect the communities and societies they represent in 10 years time. This webinar is part of a number of education, training and youth projects managed by BBE to help all its members reach this goal.

In this week’s BBE webinar, IVE’s Associate Sophie Hunter will deliver a session on the importance of Diversity and Inclusion, and why as a sector we must embrace it to remain relevant. Sophie will explore unconscious bias, legal responsibilities and the Arts Council’s Creative Case for Diversity, as well as providing an open forum to discuss the topic.

IVE is a progressive training company that places human creativity at the heart of business productivity and innovation and is also the Arts Council Bridge Organisation for Yorkshire and Humber.

This webinar will be delivered online Thursday 12th November at 7:00pm using the Zoom webinar platform so attendees can ask questions and discuss the topic throughout the session. This session is free for BBE members, and £5 for non-members.
