Lancashire Music Hub’s ‘Brass at the Seaside’ returns to Lytham St Annes Bandstand, with musicians of all ages coming together to put on a magnificent show of brass. Free performances begin from 10.30am on Saturday 9th and continue to Sunday 10th July 2022. In addition to the bandstand schedule, there is a Gala Concert on Saturday evening where Lancashire Youth Brass Band and St Helens Youth Brass Band join forces at St Thomas’ Church.
In addition to the brass band performances, there will also be a series of fun and family friendly activities to give people the opportunity to try a brass instrument and find out more about musical opportunities in Lancashire.
Brass at the Seaside has been supported by There are limited opportunities available to perform on the bandstand on Sunday 10th July and anyone interested in taking up the opportunity should contact Helen Minshall on helen.minshall@lancashire.gov.uk. Some expenses are available to support bands performing thanks so support from the the Norman Jones Trust which is open to applications from Brass Bands England Member Bands and Individuals.
