The Brass Band Conference is back! This year Brass Bands England is delighted to present a vibrant conference day packed with exciting workshops, talks and presentations on the theme of ‘Creative Communities’. Everyone is welcome but exclusive discounts available for Brass Bands England Members, and there’s the option to add on a hotel room with your ticket.

What about timings for the day?
The conference opens at 9.30 for registration, coffee and networking with talks, workshops, discussion sessions and performances running from 10:30 - 17.00. We’ll finish the day with a drinks reception - and all ticket holders are invited!

China Exchange is a unique event space in central London, in the heart of Chinatown. There is step free to the venue from Gerrard St. There is lift and wheelchair accessible toilets on each floor.
NB: If you are making use of your free member place, please note that only one free place is available per BBE Member Band. Further tickets will need to be paid for at the Member Rate.

Transport: The nearest tube stations are Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus. We encourage everyone to use public transport to reach us where possible.
Travelling to London? Thanks to our partners Rooms4Groups you can reserve a hotel room on Friday 18 or Saturday 19 October at alongside your ticket at Zedwell Piccadilly Circus. The hotel is just a 4 walk away from the Conference Venue and room price includes breakfast. Email conference@bbe.org.uk before the end of July to confirm your booking.
