UniBrass: The National Universities Brass Band at Hathersage Swimming Pool

The National Universities Brass Band will play a collection of music including popular tunes from Gershwin’s Strike Up the Band to The Beatles Hey Jude. Join us for an hour of brass band music whilst you enjoy your swim in the pool.

Hathersage Swimming Pool is a beautiful 1930s outdoor pool in the heart of the peak district park.

The band will be conducted by David Thornton, musical director of the famous Grimethorpe Colliery Band.

To attend the event you will need to book your ticket for the general swim session, which runs from 11 – 12.45pm. Tickets will be released on Friday 20th August via the Pool's Ticket Source page.

A limited number of spectator places will also be available on the day, priced at £3 per person.
