NABBC relaunch and 'How to Keep Calm and Carry on Banding'

This marks the start of a new era for the conductors’ association. Russell Gray will give an insight into what the future holds for the organisation and its members, and he commented: “I am looking forward to taking this opportunity to make the body more relevant to the entire brass band community by supporting, developing and inspiring new conductors.”

The Association’s Area Representatives will introduce themselves, before leading into a presentation from Alan Duguid, the representative for London and Southern Counties. Alan, who is a conductor, composer, adjudicator and teacher based in Enfield, North London, has worked with a range of bands across all sections in the UK and overseas. He will share his inspiration, practical tips, and strategies for keeping your band together during the pandemic - in other words, how to 'Keep Calm and Carry On Banding!'

This free webinar will be delivered online on Friday 6 November at 7.00pm using the Zoom webinar platform with an opportunity for attendees to ask questions throughout the session, and will also be streamed live on Facebook. Register your place at this link.
