Markham Main Colliery Band is a proud Yorkshire brass band resident in Armthorpe, Doncaster.
Do you have a regular contesting band? Are you looking for a break once a week from the pressure of the contesting scene to enjoy playing something other than the season’s test piece? Rehearsing once a week on a Friday evening in our very own band room, our friendly non-contesting band welcomes you whether you would like to join as an experienced player, or returning to banding after a break. The band rehearse on Friday evenings from 7:30pm to 9:30pm in our band room within the grounds of Armthorpe Community Centre and new players are always welcome
