Individuals with a ‘Group Admin’ role on the BBE website are responsible for extending access to members of their music group. Each individual user accepts responsibility for all activities that occur under their member account. We reserve the right to give, deny and remove access to the site at our discretion.
Each individual user must inform BBE (by updating their profile via the website, by email or by phone) of any changes to personal information such as name, postal and email addresses, contact telephone numbers. All website users are bound by the website's disclaimer and copyright.
Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to any areas of our website, or indeed the whole website, at our discretion.

Insurance products
As part of the BBE membership offer members receive affiliate membership of Making Music UK, which offers insurance products via Making Music Insurance Services specifically for members. If a member takes out an insurance product via Making Music Insurance Services, BBIS or New Moon, it is a requirement to maintain membership of BBE during the period of cover.
