Following applications for the third round of Brass Bands England’s (BBE’s) Elevate programme the participating band has been announced as City of Bristol Brass Band.

At the Brass Band Conductors’ Association’s AGM on Saturday 27 July it was reported that the organisation has continued to go from strength to strength throughout 2023/4, with membership growth at 18%.

We are collaborating with Threads in the Ground and Redhills CIO to create a sound piece, Ancestral Reverb. BBE members are invited to submit suitable recordings, writing and images before the deadline of Monday 26 August at 9am.
